Elevate Business culture offers workshops and group training courses to start-up businesses. I coach and develop new business owners in managing and executing their business plans. This includes writing business plans, reviewing and defining processes that assess capability shortages. As a mentor I collaborate with my clients to execute their vision, ensuring that compliance with legislation is met and desired outcomes are achieved.

Through using a strategic approach to questioning I am able to ascertain people’s strengths and weaknesses, goals and objectives to quickly identify needs and professional development requirements. Working alongside my clients we then collaborate to identify appropriate actions and learning opportunities to meet their defined objectives.
